Do you take Requests?

No! I do take commission's on Deviantart though.

How much does Commissions cost?

More than 100 points on Deviantart.

Do you start from scratch?

Yes! I do a rough sketch then i draw over neatly.

Software?

PaintTool SAI and rarely MS Paint. I may use Pixlr to take backgrounds off pictures.
